Birthday Girl - Finally.

You may recall that we met Kate just five days after her 3rd birthday.  Five days.  Two weeks later we came home and Kate started watching everyone - one by one - celebrate their birthday.  Everyone but her.  This week though?  This week was her turn.  Her cake, her birthday hat, her presents.
